3 conferences divided in two parts of  1 hour including Q/A sessions  :

• Monday 22^nd : Let’s enter to DIH world!
  • 2:00-3:00 PM : Plant Inter Cluster network is welcoming all participants. In 2020, the French Clusters organize the event and will introduce the network and their members and objectives. Some information on global agenda of the week will be shared. Then, as plant cluster, we will introduce our role into a DIH.

  • 3:00-4:00 PM : Now, Digital Innovation Hubs are well expanded across the EU, but their frameworks can be very different according the definition we gave them. The Key-speakers will present the last updates from the European Commission on the definition, the governance, the role and perspectives for cluster into DIH. An illustration will be given also with regional DIH in progress of official registration. The approach done by Smart Agri Hubs will complete the conference.

• Tuesday 23^rd : Smart Specialization Strategy Partnerships for Region or for Clusters?
  • 2:00-3:00 PM : Initially, PIC Meeting 2020 was planned to be host in Lyon, France. After Naaldwijk, Netherlands in 2019, it was a good opportunity to discover another region with its own ecosystem of innovation and strategy for agriculture. In order to keep this spirit, Auvergne Rhône-Alpes Region will introduce the afternoon with an introduction on the strengths of this territory and its involvement toward Agriculture policies and S3 partnerships.  To illustrate the diversity of know-how and different application fields, a testimony of GreenTech group will provide added value with concrete work toward R&D and European projects.

  • 3:00-4:00 PM : How S3P approach will evolve in the next phase? That’s the question that clusters have. They want to know how their organization could be mobilized. In the Agri-food Branch of S3P, 2 partnerships are led by clusters. Their experience is very valuable to understand the added value, the coordination with their region and vision from inside.

• Wednesday 24^th : Search for Partners Session and Experiences on managing cascade fundings projects
  • 2:00-3:00 PM : After two days with top-down speeches, this session will allow you to pitch your proposal and research for partners. You target a European Call? You look for R&D skills to improve your solutions? Let us have a round table of all volunteer’s participants. The unique rule to speak, contact us before June, 17th at noon at international@vegepolys-valley.eu  we will provide you the template to fill.

  • 3:00-4:00 PM : Once you get your partner, let’s have a look on this specific way to get a grant. Cascade fundings projects are an efficient link between the EU and local scale through clusters. How does it work? Which kind of projects are implemented, on-going or planned for the Plant sector? Listen the key speaker shares his experience on it.
